About Greenwood Forest
The development of Greenwood Forest was begun back in the 1960's by the Kickerillo Development Corporation in conjunction with two local builders of that time, Don Hand and Earnest Rowe. As part of the development of the neighborhood, these two builders constructed the Greenwood Forest Residents Club in 1972.
At first, it was a private club where local residents could buy shares for membership. In 1999, it merged with the homeowners’ association creating the amenity package we have today for all owners, current on assessments, to enjoy. Greenwood Forest has stood the test of time and will continue to be a strong community that takes pride in achieving a small town atmosphere within a major metropolitan area
